Fund Gouda Glasses                                                                                           
This fund was founded in 1938 with the aim of making known as much as possible to anyone who is interested in the world famous Stained Glass Windows (the Gouda Glasses) as well as the original cartons (blueprints of these windows). Apart from this the fund wants to preserve a precious piece of cultural heritage.

Article 2; 1
The foundation aims to familiarize with and foster the study of stained glasses in the Great of St. John’s Church in Gouda, as well as the accompanying cartons.

Article 2; 2
The foundation tries to realize this by;
· Publishing – individually or in cooperation – books, magazines, pictures of the aforementioned glasses.
· Presenting lectures and tours on the topic.
· Publishing articles and reviews in newspapers and magazines.
· Forming a circle of persons interested in the history of the stained glasses, as well as all subsequent legal means available for the purpose.
In order to meet with her requirements the foundation has made a covenant with the Board of Church Commissioners of the Reformed Church of Gouda.
The aims are pursued with all possible means viz. the publication of CD’s, DVD’s, books, magazines, etc.
Moreover, presentations, tours and information days will be held regularly.
In 2006 an audiotour was presented. Twice a year a  newsletter will be published.

All publication are for sale in the shop and at the fund office.
