Welcome to the website of Sint Janskerk of Gouda.

This church consecrated to John the Baptist, famous for its enormous collection of 16th century stained glass windows, is the longest church of the Netherlands.

On this site you can make a virtual tour through the big church. The tour enables you to visit this magnificent building virtually from wherever you are in the world. The site also provides information about the Gouda windows, historical backgrounds of the church, and gives you a variety of interesting details.

By offering you this virtual tour we hope to provide you an impression of our splendid, unique church.

If you have the opportunity, we very heartily invite to pay a real visit to the church one day. The St. Jan’s Church has much more to offer than this site can show you. Guided tours are being organised are concertos are being held regularly. More information is to be obtained at the vergers’ office of St. Jan’s Church.

We wish you much watching- and reading and listening pleasure at our site.
